Penny Bazaar (You just pay 1p + P&P)

These publications are free of charge. Copies can be collected by personal callers to the Foundation’s offices. For those unable to call in person, postage and packing costs apply. The Foundation is a registered charity, it does not receive any public funding and has to recover such costs. The programming code for PayPal requires that all publications have a cost. Accordingly a ‘nominal charge’ of one pence is applied to these publications to enable online orders to be processed by PayPal.
